How much does it cost to get my home cleaned?

Each home has unique attributes and considerations. So, when it comes to the cost of a home cleaning, we have to take into account the size of the home, the condition of the rooms, and what rooms will be cleaned, as well as the frequency of cleaning for each area. This is why we complete a detailed and personalized "Clean It"™ plan for every home. As you walk us through your home, you can show us the rooms that you want cleaned. To get a "Clean It"™ plan specifically designed for your home simply click on the link for a free in-home estimate and we'll begin the preliminaries for a clean, healthy home.

Does a first time home cleaning and reoccurring cleanings cost the same amount?

At Spotless we follow the highest standards of clean. The first home cleaning is what we like to call the first time "deep cleaning." When a Spotless team goes into your home for the first time, we need to get your home clean up to the highest, healthiest, and greenest standards. Subsequently, tasks are then put on rotation throughout your regular maintenance cleanings. You will get a detailed "Clean It"™ plan that lists all of your options for reoccurring cleanings as well as for the first time "deep cleaning".

Do I provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

No. Spotless Home and Business comes well stocked, prepared, and equipped to complete a whole house cleaning. We use microfiber systems to provide you with clean, fresh mop heads, sponges, and cloths for every visit. We also use HEPA filtered floor and carpet vacuums as well as natural cleaning products.

What does natural or green cleaning mean?

We use all-natural cleaning products when cleaning in your home. Our products do not contain: Phosphoric Acid, Caustic Sodas, Heavy Metals, or Endocrine Disruptors which are hazardous to human health and the environment. A detailed list of the supplies used is given to you during the estimate. The natural products work just as well or better than conventional household products. For more information on Green Seal Certified products visit our hypoallergenic page.

Is Spotless Home and Business insured and bonded?

At spotless we carry a million dollar liability insurance policy which covers the cost if anything in your home is accidentally broken or damaged. These items can either be replaced or repaired. We also carry workers compensation and have a bond set in place that keeps any worker injury liability coverage in our hands.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

When your home is cleaned by Spotless Home and Business you can be certain that we will arrive on time, prepared and professional. We pledge to complete the job right the first time or come back at our expense within 24 hours.

How many people does Spotless Home and Business send into my home?

Two. We send a team leader and a cleaning tech into every home. It is the same two people for every visit, unless someone is sick or has a day off. This way every team has its very own team manager to answer any questions that you may have and to collect payment.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?

In order to have the most efficient and thorough cleaning we can provide you, we ask that you pick up any clothing, toys, or other household items as well as wash or put away any dishes that are out.

What do I do with my pets?

In most cases the animals get along well with our staff. If the pet is aggressive towards new people in their home, it would be best to keep them in a designated area just for the time that we are there. As long as your animal is friendly around people it is never an issue to let them roam free. Because we use non-toxic chemicals, you do not have to worry about your pet's health. If there are any special requests regarding this matter please let the office know and we'll be sure to inform your cleaning team.

Do I have to be home for the visit?

We do not require a homeowner to be present while Spotless is cleaning your home. We do provide you with a SafeKey™ promise which includes the fact that if you decide to provide a key for reoccurring service, the key is covered in our liability insurance. If the key is lost, we can replace the locks that fit that key. However, the key is tagged with only a reference number and the address is not written on the key. So if the key were to come up missing, anyone finding it would not know to what home to the key belongs. The key is logged in and out on the day of your cleaning and kept in a lock box for the remainder of the time.

What if I need to cancel my scheduled cleaning?

Call the office with at least 24 hours notice to avoid any fees and we can either reschedule your visit for a different day or we can just skip that cleaning and go directly to your next regularly scheduled visit. If you are going on vacation and normally let the cleaning team in you can always provide a key or temporary code so that we may gain access to your home. All keys are covered in our SafeKey™ promise.

How do I set up payment?

Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay by check, cash or credit. Credit card payments do have to be set up in advance. Checks can be made payable to Spotless Home and Business LLC.

What if I forget to leave payment?

As long as you have all the required forms filled out we can just charge your card on file for that visit. As you know payment is due at the time of service. So if the requisite forms are not filled out and there is no payment available, your cleaning will have to be rescheduled.
